“With such price, with such service, facility and breakfast......I can’t say it was very good but I did make a good sleep.”

We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off”

“Room was not properly clean and the one thing that I went there for was the jacuzzi tub and it did not work did not hold water a complete waste of money after I checked in and found out that Jacuzzi tub didn’t work. I could not get in contact with anyone at the office around 9 o’clock. I was overcharged they asked for $100 even and like I said the the place was horrible. Complete waste of money.”

“You gave us a confirmed reservation. The hotel says they never got it. The property was in terrible condition. You should delist it. We had to find another location when rates jumped up due to Bills- Cheifs game ”
