“The cottage was very clean! The decor is beautiful and the furniture was brand new. The kitchen was small but very well stocked and met our needs. Nice large refrigerator! The highlight of the weekend for the grandkids was the pond. They caught so many fish and loved the paddle boat. We loved the lake view and sunsets. The fire pit was stocked with wood and had plenty of chairs around it. The property owners were so nice and responded right away when we had a question. ”

“Great little cottage, that met our needs for the weekend. Little place.”

“Renting this property is all about expectations. We didn’t expect perfection from an older lakeside cabin, so we were thrilled with the outdoor space, the views, and the amenities like the private yard, fire pit, rope swing, and the amount of space it gave our family and two dogs. PROS: The location was fantastic as well, with a small town just to the east with restaurants and parks and a short (scenic!) drive to Niagara Falls and Buffalo to the south. “This house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The view is outstanding. Everything you need is here. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Check it out! ”

“The property was well appointed and had everything needed to make it a comfortable experience. Its proximity to the water was an added bonus. There was a loose paver at the front left of the sidewalk that needs repair and a stain on the couch which was very unappealing. However our overall stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Owner and management were very friendly ”

“Cute little place with incredible views. Small 3 bedroom cottage has a private beach, nice lake views, and is set well back from the road to ensure privacy and quiet. All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. “Comfortable beds, but conditions of linens was poor. Hole in the comforter and towels looked and felt like grandmas house. Kitchen utensils and pans were described as adequate… well, barely adequate would be more appropriate. House is for sale and it’s stocked with owners leftovers…”

“Don’t miss the chance to experience the breathtaking views of the lake, sunset, and sunrise. We absolutely loved our stay! The host took care of everything—from essentials to timely updates.The only issue was that the house could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the lawn could use a mow.”

“Close to marina. Nice dock on property, but bit of a walk on stairs. Very nice out side seating area. Extremely clean. Cottage decoration that is very tasteful. Owner very helpful and addresses any questions ASAP. Looking forward to returning next year.”

“The Parkview cottage was amazing. Sitting on the front porch listening to children in the park was like living in Mayberry! A short walk and you can watch all the boats in the river! Downtown is charming and loved hanging out at the “Stone Jug”!”
