Gated stucco home with carport, ornamental trees, covered (and relaxing!) outdoor space, and plenty of parking for dinner guests.

Located in Fortuna Foothills, 2 miles from I-8; enjoy nearby Los Algodones, the Imperial Sand Dunes, Yuma's Territorial Prison, & one of many Golf Courses.

This house is located in a nice quiet area of the Foothills. It is well kept and secure. It could use more light in some areas. Overall we liked the house and location.

Nice House. Convenient to main streets, yet quiet. Bed was comfortable. Very responsive heater/air conditioner. Everything you need except food.
