"Room was súper clean and nicely renovated. Only downside was that there is no elevator so keep in mind when packing."

"Poolside bar had broken chairs, the roof was leaking during rain. Our room floor was dirty, the AC, while cold, could not remove the dampness in the air... everything was damp feeling. The fire alarm went off 5 times at 11PM"

"It is always so lovely! Family friendly , they meet characters in the lobby and they have a whole water section for kids. The rooms are amazing! I booked a view of volcano bay and it did not disappoint if you were just staying at the hotel there is much to do, "

"Free water taxi to City Walk, Island of adventure, and universal Studios. It was super convenient. Shuttle bus to Epic was right outside."

"The toilet flappers was broken and i reported upon arrival to the room and no one came to fix it "
