“The house was nice and clean. A few items that were not up to par: The hot tub cannot go above 96 degrees. My bathtub at home is warmer than that and no one wanted to use it due to being just luke warm water. Also there are no instructions for the hot tub and nothing to let you know that the maximum temp is 96 degrees. The kitchen amenities were mediocre with poor choice of pots/pans & tools. No regular coffee pot, only a keurig. The pots and pans are very low quality and they are worn out and……

“Everything met or beat expectations. Will book again”

“Beautiful property, clean and well maintained. Hot tub located up winding staircase which was not good for older people. Property has an elevator which was not available for our party. Winding drive up mountain but well able to navigate.”

“The home was very clean and friendly. The appliances were in great condition. We enjoyed an afternoon of grilling and hanging out. We enjoyed hiking all around the area and then we enjoyed returning to the house for a nice beverage ”

“This place has the best views of Zephyr Cove. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The home exceeded our expectations. The views were absolutely spectacular. Kids enjoyed the media room and playing pool. No lack of space for all to enjoy different activities. The location was a great mix of quiet/remote but close to shopping, restaurants, and water activities. We highly recommend this property! The owners were very responsive to all our needs.”

“This was one amazing property. The view is incredible. Home was very nice and clean. Did a family vacation with 10 of us, and there was playoff room for all. We would come back again.”

“I didn’t know the code was encrypted in a message, the location of property is so dangerous the outside looks like they needed to make a dump run w a bunch of waste and construction. The bathroom sink was clogging everyday we brushed our teeth. I wish there was someone on site to communicate like a host or have check in on us- we had to wash our towels for showers every day. The stairs and cases were janky looks like they could also use a rebuild too.”
