“First of all our initial stay was changed due to the house we booked being sold. The management company actually did a great job setting us up with another option. The issues came while we were at the house. Getting there was fine, we were able to get into the house without issue. There was no information or booklet though welcoming us. didn't have proper remotes for the TV, no wifi code & then no cell phone service. Then our refrigerator was broken and would not cool down. We Called regarding……

“Property was fantastic. Loved the concierge option and this was exactly what we wanted. The views, multiple deck & seating areas were great. Wished the 3 room in the main house was a queen bed with a pull out if needed since we were all adults it was a bummer for one to sleep on a twin but I’m sure for kids or singles it’s helpful. ”
