"Staff super friendly and accommodating. Girl's weekend...so nice to have 3 queen beds in one unit. Gorgeous view. Right on the Promenade; 5 minute walk to main street shopping and restaurants. New carpet, comfortable beds, nice hot tub and pool, but furniture, kitchen cabs and fireplace need some care. GENEROUS breakfast. 2nd visit; will stay here again."

"There are homeless issues near this area but not right outside and I felt safe the entire time. Super convenient location within walking distance of many popular destinations and across from the park. Parking was easy. There are free bikes available to rent! Look for the cream in the room fridge for your morning coffee. We didn’t find it until we were leaving. "

"No elevator. So if you get a room on second floor and have heavy bags, prepare to lug them up stairs.
The hotel is only 0.8 mile from light rail station, but no sidewalks to get there. Had to navigate about a 100yard stretch in the dark, on gravel, on a busy road. There are about 4 hotels in this cluster, sharing a parking lot. Can't imagine why Portland doesn't provide continuous sidewalk from light rail station for employees, travelers like me with roller bags, etc."
