On Expedia it says watch your breakfast cooed in front of you , I assumed it meant free breakfast. I asked the desk if breakfast was included. No . So I didn’t go to by. I arrived on oxygen and was extremely fatigued, nobody offered to help with my bags . After getting refreshed in my beautiful room , whose toilet handle was disconnected ( don’t worry I tightened it so it worked ) I went to the casino for a little blackjack. 15$ min bet ! 5 or 10 would have been nicer. When I lost a quick $100 I asked where the restaurant was, got directed to it and it was closed ? At 9:10 pm ! So I stopped at the coffee/drink station in the casino and got a cup of coffee. No coffee lid ? A nice attendant said to use the soft drink lid and drink with a straw ! That’s a first . Oh and lamp on side of bed was unplugged with the cord wrapped up as it had never been plugged in ?
So in summary, I left hungry , poorer and felt as though a beautiful place I was there for them , not they were there for me . I won’t go back

Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!
