“decided to stay at the hotel because of an extended power failure in my area. The hotel was initially looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there were crumbs on the floor, smugs of something on the entry handle and bathroom tub and floor. One of the bedsheets in the double room had an iron imprint. There was only one facecloth. Overall, it was the worst experience at a national chain hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“There was a cigarette burn on the one comforters. The heat/ac was a window unit that didn't regulate the temperature well. The breakfast was not so good and they were out of coffee at 830 AM. But it was inexpensive and you get what you pay for.”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”

“Good if you dont mind a smell and just want to sleep. They are doing renovations which didnt help. The room was dated, the toilet paper holder was not attched to the wall cut out it was in. The people were great. The shower was awesome. I am 6 ft 3 in tall and i felt like a regular sized person in the shower.”
