“This is a good place to stay. What keeps it from being great is it could use some updating- beds were just okay, soaking rooms could use a deep clean and dusting. Lack of food at the resort is other reason. Pros are the large hot tub with cold plunge (a cracked window would be great because it’s pretty humid in room). The area is so beautiful too- lots of outdoor hiking available nearby.”

“The staff were not at all helpful when I tried to call from my event that was running late to ensure I still had a room. The man I spoke to did not understand my request, he barely spoke English and kept asking for my phone number, which I provided five times. He kept saying I did not have a reservation, even though I prepaid for my room. When I arrived, I and my party were checked in. We got to our room, the room was not clean, there were three light bulbs burnt out (probably so the light……

“I arrived at the hotel on September 24 at around 12:30pm after a LONG motorcycle journey. The maintenance representative approached me with a smile and a beautiful greeting and welcomed me to the property. He stated that the rooms were not ready yet, but hung out and talked with me for a little bit and made me feel very welcome and at home. His girlfriend/wife, (head of housekeeping) as well as the front desk clerk all welcomed me to the property and made me feel like family. The room was……
