“Dirty room, roaches everywhere old appliances, rust real bad older in hallways, and elevator stay away from here with family”

“AC was swamppy and muggy with high humidity in the room, the batheroom had hair and debris from previous guets, I was afraid to walk around barefoot, room counters had crumbs from previous guests and sticky surfaces throughout the 2nd double bed pillows looked used with creases from previous guests only 1 bed in the room looked and felt like it had fresh sheets and covers, The free breakfast was only toast, apples do not recommend at all.”

“I would give this a zero star if I could, the only positive thing I can think of is the Kind young man at the desk, he kindly helped us to get a refund even after checking in. Hallways are absolutely filthy and crowded with folks hanging out on the floor by their rooms. Elevator filthy, smells were overwhelming and it was loud! When we entered our room, we got hit with an extremely strong smell of MOLD. We couldn’t stay longer than a few minutes, walls has streaks of brown and white, bathrooms……

“PK helped me check in, he was very helpful. The next day I needed to speak with someone in the office (noon) and the door was locked. I rang the bell and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come. My concern was taken care of at that time. There were a couple times that I felt uncomfortable (I was traveling alone).”
