“The north end Best Western is terrible! The lights were shorting out, the TV wasn't hooked up to the wall cable, and when I called the front desk, I was told " too bad, we dont have anyone to help you" so I had to literally move furniture around and do it myself. The shower had ONE glass sliding door where there should have been 2, so I had to decide which side of the bathroom stayed dry and which side got soaked while showering. The bed was the extremely firm kind. Air conditioner worked.……

“There was never anyone at the desk and the person that did check me in was rude and unprofessional. Rooms were okay. I won’t stay here again, there are plenty of other options in the area.”

“Ok renovations made the feel and environment look inviting staff was pleasant breakfast was great (hot food) Let’s talk about the bed eh!!! Our room mattress was substandard (not awful) but much to be desired. Walls of our room were paper thin we heard every peep from room on either side and the family above felt like they were coming thru the ceiling (not the family’s fault they weren’t doing jumping jacks or running around) Toilet ran all night handle kept getting stuck Location was perfect……
