“We did not enjoy our stay. The hotel is worn down and in need of repairs and upgrades. The gym facilities were very basic, weights missing, no floor mats and the floor was very dirty, the aircon also didn't work so the gym was very hot. Coffee available outside of breakfast hours was not replenished regularly, had to ask multiple times for coffee. They closed breakfast early on Sunday even though the sign says until 10am. Check in staff scoffed at my request to be located away from lifts and ice……

“Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.”
