"The rooms are generous size, bed was very comfortable and rooms have been nicely decorated and updated recently. There is a laundry in the basement to do your washing/drying. When we drove up the building looks really sad on the outside but once inside the rooms are clean, spacious and there is a full kitchen to cook. Bathrooms are nicely updated and I'd rate the interior as better than the average 3 Star hotel. All this place needs is to improve the outside so that it doesn't look like...

"Parking was ample, safe and close to room. Staff was excellent, honored my discount and very helpful when I had a problem with the facilities. Room was quiet, clean, well-kept with a comfortable bed and a quiet, a/c and heater. No free breakfast or coffee maker in the room, but for the price, I would definitely stay there, again!"

"The property was very outdated and not maintained. The staff was never at the desk. I always had to ring for them. Breakfast area was not maintained. Hideous fixes to building itself. "The management here were very nice. Katiebwas attentive to all of my needs. Her suggestions to restuarants and shopping near by were spot on. The hotel seemed to be in a much better changeover than our last stay here. To clean up everything that hey have in the few months Katie and her husband have been here and started managing speaks volumes. A turnover doesn't just happen over night. It takes time, patience and care and you can see that progress. Our room was clean, all room ammenities worked. Coffee pots in the rooms would be nice to have as well as well as more vending macjine options since brkfstvisbt served a more vending machine "
