“Staff was great. But the rooms were another issue.. mold was a big problem and there were food roaches in our room. Also if we turned the air off the humidity was so high that the floor would become super slick throughout the entire room. We had to use our towels and the hotel towels to try and dry the floors as much as possible so our child wouldn’t slip and hurt themselves”

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The property suffers from a severe lack of basic maintenance, cleanliness, and accuracy in what is advertised and paid for in advance. Severe Bathroom & Hygiene Issues: The restroom was in awful condition. There was a broken, sharp porcelain tile on the floor, posing a clear safety hazard. That I cut my foot on. Worse, the pest control is non-existent—we had roaches crawling directly out of the bathtub and ants all over the walls. Dilapidated……
