“We loved the property, which is right on the beach. Clean and quiet as well. The only thing we wished was better were the really narrow parking spots. They're very tight. We found out after a few days that there's a gravel lot on the other side of the hotel, which was easier to get in and out of. Overall, nice property and location.”
“The Historic Wailuku Inn was absolutely lovely! The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated beach towels being provided. Free parking was also a plus! The biggest perk was Ian the chef! He was incredible!!! His food was delicious and he was so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed getting to know him and all the care he took in providing for the guests. Ian was truly the cherry on top!”
“We will be staying at this unit again soon! Very quiet and still only a short walk to the beach and shopping/restaurants. The pool area is nice and has grills. Unit also came fully furnished with everything you need including beach umbrellas and toys.”
“As soon as we checked in, a HUGE cockroach was in the livingroom. Then another later that night underneath the sofa bed. Within 10hrs we saw a total of 6 roaches in our room. The manager reaccomodated us into a much better room with no pest problems.
Nice property, however I wouldn't chance staying here again sleeping with cockroaches.”
“We booked this room because we had planned a family trip for my mother's 60th birthday and traveled with 3 other families that also booked rooms in the same building.
As soon as we walked in we noticed the disgusting carpet that is stained, worn, wrinkled and just felt disgusting to step on. Then the pullout couch was old and broken. Just touching the cushions felt like we needed to wash our hands. Then the bedroom comforter and bed was disgusting and old. Looked orginal from 1980's same with……
