“You get what you pay for”

“We reserved an accessible room at Comfort Inn Aiken’s Center. Initially, we were pleased: the room was well maintained, and the accessible shower was excellent. However, minutes after settling in, we noticed an annoying cricket-like noise coming from the AC unit. We tried everything to stop it, but nothing worked. When we called reception, the employee immediately offered to change our room. When she mentioned that the room next door would have the same noise, I wondered whether this was……

“I’ve already sent a message to them privately. The hotel, I will just say it was not worth the money. Go to Inwood or Winchester.”

“The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, we had an issue with our toilet and somebody immediately came up and fixed it.”

“This property is conveniently located close to the casino but it definitely needs an update. Our room was clean except for the dirty grout in the bathroom. The shower curtain brackets were broken, the was a stain on the wallpaper that looked like blood splatter and there was a hole in the wall that someone just put a Styrofoam cup in it to cover it up. The breakfast was standard for a hotel, nothing special and no milk alternatives.”

“No water pressure in the shower”

“Very clean with shopping close by”

“The accommodations and staff are always wonderful here.”

“Small rooms, no chair or desk.”
