“We had a fabulous stay in Deltaville. The house was everything you could ask for and more. The minute we walked in it felt like home, so beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked right down to the brown paper for the counter to crack blue crab on. We so enjoyed sitting outside looking at the river. Our host Aaron was very easy to communicate with, answered all our questions before and during our stay.We will definitely plan on returning the this lovely place. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped. There was one major issue. My husband and I are both senior citizens. The stairway is extremely hazardous. If it were my house, I would immediately install a second hand railing. That would be much cheaper than a law suit. Thanks again for a great stay. ”

“Great open space with lots of room for our whole family. The bathrooms downstairs were a little tight for our handicapped parent and there were some water stains on the ceiling but the house itself was clean and had some extra things like soap and laundry detergent that we could use. The private beach was also amazing and is one of the only beach access areas I’ve seen in cape Charles that has an accessibility mat so the wheelchair could get all the way to the water. “A last-minute change of vacation destination led us to a wonderful time in Cape Charles staying in the right side of this duplex. The street was quiet and near the city park. The beach, shopping, and restaurants were a leisurely sidewalk stroll away. We heard little noise from the guests in the other duplex, and the bedrooms were positioned on the outside walls. Beds and furniture were comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook; the dishwasher was comically loud (run it at……
