"Very comfortable short stay at the hotel. Had requested a slightly late checkout which was granted with no fuss. Hotel rooms appear to be recently renovated and the free breakfast was quite adequate. Hotel is within walking distance to the main downtown strip for easy lunch/dinner as well as within walking distance of the Ventura pier and promenade. Would definitely recommend."

"We thought it seemed ok. A little crowded. New vinyl flooring. No shampoo or hair dryer, and the towels are awful, rough and thin. For $169 per night they should at least include shampoo! It was close to the freeway so we could hear that."

"This property was a pleasant surprise. Very convenient for our three day event at the nearby CLU campus. Our plans changed and it was just my daughter and I and we felt safe and comfortable. A little musty smell, but we were on the same floor as the gym, laundry, and pool entrance, so it was to be expected and not terrible given the amount of amenities and foot traffic -which we never really heard or bothered us. Overall, we were pleased and enjoyed being near those amenities we used and needed....
