“Room was clean and in a convenient location to down town”

“Honestly, I typically love Best Western, but I had a horrible experience. I ALWAYS book through Expedia and they are absolutely wonderful. However, I did not get the room I booked, and got an ADA accessible room. It would have been fine, if I could fit under the shower head, and if the entire room didn’t reek of mold. I asked the staff if I could be switched and he said “there is nothing I can do, rooms booked through third parties are non-negotiable.” Which I know to be a lie, as I have……

“This is a basic clean well run budget hotel that allows pets. Since we travel with a dog as often as we can, with limited choices of places allowing pets, this is by far one of our favorite chains for locations and price that allows pets. ”
