“My only complaint is how I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon my arrival for check in. It was late, around 1130pm. I stood in line and waited for the clerk to help the person in front of me. Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother.
