“There was a Big puddle of water on the way to the room. The room smelled like smoke. While I was out my teenage daughters asked for towels and the clerk refused to give them, he told them that they needed to bring the used ones back to registration office. First of all, it was late at night at night and they shouldn’t have had to do any of that to get a towel. “Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. In the fourth paragraph of the note, he days the commission Expedia takes "makes it tough for small inns like ours." In the fifth paragraph, I kid you not,……
