“This hotel has so much potential but is completely mismanaged. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Upon arriving both times there was nobody at the front desk. This time I waited 15 minutes and finally, the lady came out and apologize saying she had been in the bathroom! While standing there, I called the managers phone number because there was his business card on the front desk. A day later, I’ve never heard back from him either. Our room was very nice. “Location seemed ok. Property wasn't completely horrible. Management took ZERO responsibility for websites that stated 24 hour pool. They have no pool. No money off for the TOTAL INCONVENIENCE OF NO POOL. Instead blaming other websites for not maintaining correct info. That Property was chosen specifically because it was said to have a 24 hour pool. From now on, I will stay at a regular chain hotel. The room was ok, but nothing stellar stood out about the property. The breakfast was missing basic……

“The breakfast was amazing and the hospitality staff is terrific. Andy really helped us the first night that we got checked in and from the housekeeping to even the guests there it was a terrific visit. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
