"Everything was a disaster, we got there and there was no electricity on December 24th and 25, we couldn’t do anything, we were hungry with no food, we couldn’t use the stove because was electric, we couldn’t use the microwave, coffee maker, tv, not even the shower because the water was cold, we we were using our phones to light the table to eat some chips and salsa and then the next day I was waiting for the front desk girl that works there and she got there late I wanted to see if we could stay...
