“This motel was absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed. We got there and had to go to another motel to check in because there was not a person there EVER! 1 room had the window wide open. About 5 other rooms were disheveled and had the lights left on. The hotel is in terrible disrepair. Our room was relatively clean but the shower didn’t work well and the window would not shut because it had a portable air conditioner hose sticking out. The air conditioner didn’t even cool the room. “This property is older than some, but very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the fact that it is right by the river is an added bonus. The sitting area outside by the river with the hot tub is peaceful and relaxing. The hairdryer in my room did not work, and there was no soap in the shower. Also, the TV was very confusing to operate. In spite of these things I loved staying there and would again.”
