“The key in our room was not working properly. When I went to the front desk my mother and I were told we put our phones next to the key both times we went to the desk. Turns out the key card swiper was broken. We had to change rooms. The first room the thermostat did not work. We had the thermostat at 80 and it was 67 degrees. The new room did not have a phone or clock. I was told they were stolen by previous guests. The blow dryer waa broken as well. The public restroom was missing a toilet……

“The hotel is quiet and very conveniently located (20 mins walk from convention center and a stones throw from several breweries). The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and have good water pressure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a.nice bar area and dining section that looked nice. The only limitations is that the rooms are small and don't come with a chair or space to work/eat. The gym is in the basement oddly located past the housekeeping work space and is……

“If you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, this property fits the bill. There's no pool, breakfast, or coffee, but there is a very nice coffee shop on property. The staff, to a person, were very helpful and courteous. 10 out of 10 would recommend!”
