“The pool is not open for remodeling. The staff were rude and hateful to us and our children. We booked several rooms for a cheer comp and we asked them to be put together, I called when we booked, can one week before and the day before and day off to make sure all the rooms where together and we ended up being on all different floors. The breakfast was not really good. There was mold under the sink area in our room. ”

“Hotel was great. Security officer working at this location was terrible. Aggressively approached a group of adults in the pool area and started yelling about how there are no beverages allowed in the pool area. We were all confused because we didn’t see a sign anywhere. We were compliant and understanding, agreed to dispose of drinks. Security officer continued to be unnecessarily aggressive about it.”
