“Clean newer building, nice clean modern room with 2 tvs, nice view from 4th floor, small clean pool, small clean hot tub, higher rate with convenient breakfast buffet. Eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, salsas, waffle maker, yogurt, hot oatmeal, toast, bagels, apple orange juice, coffee, tea. Kitchen and bar menu with convenient store. Nice lobby, nice large indoor lounge nice large outdoor patio lounge with fire. ”

“The room was spacious and clean. Lots of space. The pillows were not good and flattened quickly. The television was hard to hear, even when it was turned up all the way. The staff was polite and very helpful and the breakfast was great.”

“Expedia had the wrong check-in time; I arrived just after 3:00, intending to check in and shower before a meeting, only to be told that check-in was at 4:00 and my room wasn't ready. The desk clerk, who appeared to be high, offered me another room when I told her I needed to make it to a 5:00 meeting. I unloaded my vehicle and went up to the room, but although the key card worked, the door wouldn't open. When I went back to the desk, towing my luggage on the cart the whole way, the clerk testily……

“The experience at this place was wonderful! The property is brand new and well-appointed. The bed is comfortable. There is a large kitchen and living room area with a couch, which made this 1-bedroom feel much larger. The in-unit washer and dryer are convenient. Additionally, the complex is safe and full of community amenities. Driving distance is close to both the mountains and Denver. ”

“Newly renovated, and super cozy! We loved our stay, and the owners couldn’t be more friendly. Conveniently located right off Main street near downtown. The food truck parked on the property had amazing authentic mexican food that I’ll be thinking about for awhile. ”
