“I didn’t complain since our time was limited there, but in our room our floor seemed very damp and almost sticky. Our bathroom was pretty dirty. And my biggest complaint is that our bed had a mattress that obviously needed to be replaced it was completely concave, it went down a lot in the middle. It was horribly uncomfortable to sleep on. My kids enjoy the waterpark though, but it has went downhill since it first opened. ”

“Clean Room, but missed food/coffee spots on wall near desk. Did not eat there, but food prices were very high in Chophouse (one item over $100). I was sandwiched on 3rd floor and had guest hammering below me later in the evening, with a heavy-footed person above me the next morning. Obviously, not enough soundproofing/concrete between floors, with low ceilings. My room was also literally the first door in hallway right next to elevator.
