“There were 2 dogs across the hall from our room. Their owners left them all evening and went out for dinner with friends. The dogs barked all evening. People down the hall were shouting 'Shut UP!!!'. I called the front desk and they came up and first told me there were no rooms for me to move to. Why should I move? Then they told me they didn't have a key to the room where the dogs were. Really, no master key? A lie... I thought about just leaving that night but had a long drive……
