“The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The pictures online are a little misleading. The feel is more of a motel as half the rooms had an outside entrance, which normally wouldn’t bother me but I didn’t feel like the area was the safest. The beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. The shower wasn’t very clean and an old washcloth was hanging on the shower rod. I didn’t notice it until we were getting ready to leave or I would have said something. Also noticed a few hairs on the shower……

“I really liked my stay but we had to call front desk to get towels and had to bag our own trash because we were told that housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms daily unless you request it. The housekeeping staff told me they don’t change out the towels daily. Other than that it was great beds and clean”

“Very clean, everything fresh and in working order. Would gladly stay again!!”

“The hotel was lovely and the staff was amazing. I personally do not like feather down pillows and while the pillows were nice and fluffy when you first got there, they flattened out really quickly as does the bed and it caused us to be very stiff in the morning when we awoke.”

“The room was dirty at check in. ( Arrived at 9:30 pm. ) although they cleaned it, we didn’t get into a clean room until 10:30 pm. Highly inconvenient after a very long day of travel.”

“We slept on clean sheets but the bed it self was dirty. The wait for a room was terrible and unprofessional.”
