"The room smelled awful and the shower was cold. Pool room towels aren't allowed out of the pool area, so the elevator and hall floors werr drenched from so many people walking back to their rooms with no towel. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming. The powdered eggs were particularly bad. "

"The 2 night stay was going great ...... Until check out morning. 5pm the previous evening, I requested a late checkout just in case I needed a little more time in the morning. The front desk attendant was very helpful and scheduled me for late checkout. Before noon(my late checkout was 1pm) there were 3 separate knocks. 2 from house cleaning and 1 from possible management. Possible management stated that at 1230pm I would be charged for an additional day. I informed her that my late checkout was for 1pm and the attendant from last evening wrote it in their log book. Needless to say I was already heading out, before 1230. Overall, the morning staff was NOT my cup of tea. Evening staff and the breakfast crew were great. The room; clean but dusty, bathroom ceiling falling in, furniture and tub had hard stains. Housekeeping; 1 wrapped roll of toilet paper(stored), 1 unused roll on ream and 1 used roll on ream. Would I stay again, possible but just for a night or 2."

"The front desk and housekeeping staff were not very helpful nor personable. The room’s toilet was clearly not cleaned as there was dried urine on the seat. There was also a significant roof leak in the hallway directly outside of an occupied room. The ladies working in the breakfast area were the only redeeming factor about this hotel stay. They were the nicest most helpful people working there. They made sure guests had what they needed, kept the area clean, organized, and fully stocked. There are other comparable hotels in the area, I would recommend exploring one of those instead."

"Not at all what the website looked like and they need more staff to clean the rooms and rest of the hotel. It was very poorly maintained."

"I booked there for one night, my daughter had cheer competition at the Farm Expo center. The room was spacious and clean. It had a mini kitchenette. We utilized the sofa bed for the kids. Check-in and check out was quick and easy. Don’t expect anything crazy for breakfast. Overall a great quick stay. "

"The price for square footage and amenities is value, hands down. Quiet location for the structure and not loud during the time there. Breakfast was good. Was put on top floor. Place stocks Palmolive soap, and it’s kind of strong background odor and not necessarily enjoyed for us Dial users lol, but a “clean” smell nonetheless. Shower had signs of un-cleanable mold and red/orange bacteria in the shower, likely from a previous extended stay without good hygiene and allowing hotel staff to clean. Visible black colored mold growing on ceiling in front of climate air supply register. Ceiling cracked and drywall taping visible. Bathroom sink cracked in bowl. Pool was nice. Staff was nice. Towels and supplies were stocked. Kitchen had functioning appliances and a smattering of utensils and cookware that would cover any meal needs. Again great price for the overall value. Bed was comfy, awoke comfortably and felt rested. Did not use on-site WiFi so cannot comment truthfully. Had signs to hang for do not disturb and pets in the room. TV remote worked well, lighting fixtures worked when used. Although lightbulbs themselves did not stay consistent as far as warm or cool appearances goes. Place felt secure and residents both long and short term did not feel unwelcoming or uncomfortable to be around, and the lobby area is nicely lit and inviting for breakfast and bar attendees, time of day depending. Pick-up and drop off at entrance is super ADA 👍and easy to access!"

"This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in a while. I am a fan of Marriott FairField, but not all created equal. This hotel was located in a good area, right off of I-83. Food options were good and located within walking distance but I wish there were more to choose from. Check-in was easy and the receptionist was extremely helpful. The lobby was clean and the hallways and room didn’t have any musty smells. The sheets and bath linen were clean, no stringy hairs were left behind, the desk, microwave, tv and mini fridge worked well. Since this trip was mid April and the weather was still cool, NO insects were spotted which is always a plus. The only downside I can think of is there was only one small elevator. However, it worked and got me up and down when needed. I would stay at this hotel again."
