“The hotel is ready for an update. Room was good, but hotel should be refurbished. It is a very good location for the casino and other amenities in the Peoria area. Fair price and safe area. Parking close to hotel was very limited Saturday night.”

“We never got to stay. They moved us to Best Western. They had emailed in expedia account but we didnt see it until after arrival. We were not happy and really messed up our evening plans. ”

“We requested a non smoking room. The room smelled so strong like cigarettes. Sheets were dirty. They clearly weren’t washed because we found an earring in the bed. Bugs in the bathroom. We requested to move to a different hotel but they wouldn’t work with us. I wouldn’t have my worst enemy stay here. ”

“Clean room. Friendly front desk and easy check-in. Parking not too easy. Ease to civic center was appreciated.”

“Pool was broken when we arrived and the duration of our stay, which was half of the reason that we chose this one over others. Room itself was fine, hotel was out of rollaway beds that we’d requested. Overall the stay was fine but the value was not there, should have stayed at Embassy. ”
