“Not clean ”

“The room itself was older but renovated. Air conditioning worked great. The hotel has multiple signs all over saying smoke free but the hallways and around the entrances smell of smoke constantly. Luckily the smell didn’t make it into the room so it was bearable. Asked for towels from one of the house cleaning staff who was at the room across the hall and the woman was extremely rude. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Eggs were fake, sausage looked raw, no fruit available. Overall , it was……

“Clean hotel”

“Room was not clean when we checked in, and the whole place is in serious need of renovations — comparable to a budget motel, not what we expected for the price. Our room looked out onto the event tent, which blocked any real view and made the space feel dark and closed-in, almost like a dungeon. It also had a persistent damp smell. To make things worse, we found bugs in the room during our stay. Breakfast was minimal, nothing that reflected the price we paid. Staff were not particularly……
