"Property is in poor condition and we asked to be moved as the bathroom had mould on the ceiling, the bathroom door had come away from the frame, the mattress was saggy, the bedroom door key locking system across the hotel failed so we couldn't get into our room and the internet kept dropping out. We tried four different rooms. However, the staff were brilliant and tried to sort everything out for us but overall, the property is in dire need of refurbishment which is currently taking place"
