“We had an absolutely enchanting long weekend at the Pridwin. This beautifully appointed property exudes timeless elegance, with thoughtful touches that made us feel truly pampered from the moment the staff reached out to us long before our stay. The complimentary breakfast, in-room snacks and drinks, outdoor fire pits with rocking chairs, and cozy nights spent by the fireplace with bar service turned our visit into a heartfelt home away from home — far warmer and more inviting than any sterile……

“This was our second stay at the Madison. We loved this property and may return at some future date. Our experience with staff members were short of the standard set during our first visit. Check in was lengthy. The desk attendant was off eating dinner. The valet parking attendant filling in (unable or trained to help) called him back to the front desk. He hurriedly checked us in and issued 2 key cards; neither worked upon reaching our room. So we returned to the front desk. He was once again……

“The building and grounds need maintenance. There's rotting window sills and rain damage on the ceiling, spots of bleach on the carpets and the doorknob of a closet came off in my hand. The TV in the room is incredibly small, the size of a computer screen. You don't come to a hotel to watch TV but like showers, you expect a nice experience. The breakfasts were ok, but not great.”
