“Expedia said free onsite parking, we were charged for each of our two vehicles of which I am requesting be refunded to us. Additionally, it said that bathroom amenities were included and there were none. Additional communication with a customer service representative is requested.”

“The beach view was "THE ONLY "thing that was true from the site. The linen was dingy. There were hair particles on the sheets. Pillows were stained. The couch had stains, not sure from what.We had to purchase Pillows and sleeping bag s.we did not feel comfortable sleeping on those sheets. On the outside on the side of the apartment door, there was a spot that looked like blood or something. I attempted to contact Audrey the owner prior to arriving to the condo, she never responded to my email.……

“This was one of the best places I've ever stayed. Very clean and plenty of room. Only negative thing I have to say is that the Wifi doesn't work so none of the TVs worked during our stay.”

“Value for money option - location, size, amenities. However, specific condo I stayed is in need of deep cleaning, some maintenance and upgrade of furniture and mattress. Resort property is very good though.”

“They were remodeling villas the dates of my stay, AC was not working in the villa when I arrived. But villa was clean, and comfortable, AC was fix right away. Very friendly staff. I had a good experience even with the inconvenience of the construction going around. ”
