“Check-in was prompt, friendly and professional in the best German tradition. The parked, and our bags were taken to our room right away. Received a Suditrol pass, allowed free access to local trams and public transport as well as valuable information about local activities. “This was a real treat! We took a cable car to get there, and we were immediately greeted by the staff. They showed us around and explained all the amenities. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner there, along with a delicious breakfast. The area around there has hiking amid beautiful mountain trails. The hot tub and pool were incredible. This is a special place.”
