Akron Castle Hotels

I have never stayed at an Econo Lodge before. I have heard they weren't the best hotels, so I have avoided them in the past. We booked this one, because everything else in the area was full. My family was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable this one was! The location isn't the best (across the street from a truck stop) and the outside of the building looks a little sketchy, but the inside was great. The front desk area was nice, there was free breakfast (although we slept until...

Nice hotel

Clean Pool is open Breakfast Liquors store next door

Fabulous. I booked based on the high review and this place didn’t disappoint. Completely renovated. My room was well appointed. Bathroom brand new. New carpet. Bed was comfortable. My room choice featured a small refrigerator and coffee maker. I parked right outside my room. Area was safe. Newly paved parking lot. Lots of food options in the area.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...

Wifi wouldn't work! Which was exstreamley annoying and frustrating for business use! The Room was clean, bedding and towels were clean and had microwave and fridge in room but no coffee pot or breakfast! Otherwise our experience was great! Staff was friendly and courteous!

Stay was as expected. Lots of room to sleep all four of us on two Queens and a sleeper sofa. Its been a couple of years since we have been in a Springhill suites but it appears that they have remodeled the bathrooms and we love the new look, except that the sliding door does not have a lock, which some people will not like.

Rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Everything --refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, lights, plumbing, etc.--worked well. Ambiance is charming.

As always the service was awesome. I arrived extremely early (10:30 am) asked if i could get an eatly check in. Well she didn't have a room at that time understandable but she called housekeeping and they got my room ready and i was able to check in by 12:30 pm.

We just loved this property due to the location from the airport. The hotel itself was just great. From its complimentary breakfast, little game section it had for your children and family entertainment, it's separate computer area, it's indoor pool, laundry room for guest.

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

Clean, great location, good continental breakfast! Would stay at this hotel again.

Convenient location, near lots of food options and shopping plazas. Very pet friendly. They were so welcoming to both my family and our dog. Always gave her treats and lots of love when we brought her down to the lobby.

I grew up in the area but had never been to the inn before. The room was nice, simple, very clean. The bed was comfortable for me and my teenaged daughter. The grounds are pretty. There was a pool which looked very nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. My only (MINOR) dislike was that it would have been nice to have a no service needed magnet or sign to put on the door. While I appreciated the job done on the room each day, I would have liked to have had an option. We had a...

This hotel is spacious, clean, reasonably priced, conveniently located and has everything you need! The pool is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. Great value

Room was nice and the view. Staff was friendly as well.

Very nice

We loved this hotel! 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle (although we could only use it one way because of the hours). The staff were all so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast variety was nice. The sausage could have been cooked a little better and we would have preferred individual yogurts over the bowl.

Everyone here has been wonderful, especially the front desk staff. I’m here for work and they’ve even gone so far as to take my service dog out for me.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.
