“Nice stay at the Hart Hotel in Medina. I was there for a work trip and was amazed by the property and city. The hotel room I stayed in was spacious with simple/ standard amenities. The communication from the hotel was excellent and detailed. Breakfast was not included but per the house book you can order however I didn’t partake.”

“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite……

“The hotel is very attractive, modern and clean. Shockingly NO breakfast is served or available, free or to purchase! Instead a few pastries to go are for sale. The room was pleasant but amenities are lacking. No water in the room. Just an empty small fridge. One tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. The mattress was lumpy. The pillows were like large hard boulders. It was impossible to use them for sleep. Utterly ridiculous. We will definitely not return.”
