My original reservation was supposed to be sept 5th to the 9th, instead it was made til the 8th. So a extra charge was made when they added the night of the 8th and then I was notified on the 8th. I was not happy. Got charged $80 more. No smoke alarm, roaches , shower was a hand held, hard to wash hair, need to bleach towels.

Our room smelled like weed, blankets were stained, pillows looked nasty. My daughter's had a room and there was food that was never cleaned out of their fridge. Our bathroom ceiling had mold. There was no remotes and staff cldnt get us more towels because housekeeping had left for the day. It was nasty
