“The room had bad bugs. When it was reported to the front desk they were unable to do anything about it. We contacted Expedia and they reported that the hotel staff indicated the room was is good order. Why would we leave a "good order" room at 11:30 at night..IT HAD BE BUGS OVER OVER THE SHEETS!”

“I had read reviews saying the property was clean. I was only looking for a place to sleep for myself and my daughter, as we would be leaving early to tour UF. I sent a message to the property letting them know we would be a late check-in, probably around 11pm. They said that was fine. I received an email that gave me the following information: Gainesville Lodge 3: (insert 4 numbers not leaving that information in case they re-use codes). We made it right before 11.
