“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. My appreciation to the staff of the hotel. Thank you so much!”

“Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Property looked clean. Breakfast was lovely. The luggage rack in the room was broken. The beds were comfortable. The curtains were not blackout. It was pretty bright in the room without blackout curtains. ”

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“I was a last minute booking due to an issue with a vrbo and needed somewhere to stay the night with my dog. The front desk staff that checked me in were so kind and accommodating. As I was checking in I made a joke that its only my dog's second time in a hotel and she's a bit spooked by elevators- they were kind enough to offer me a ground level room which worked perfectly. The unit was clean and in excellent condition. I thought being near I-75 there might be road noise, but zero sound issues.……
