"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surfside, great location, it had great ocean views, nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds, and plenty of towels and linens. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning, it was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again. "

"This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. We loved the pool. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay again. "

"We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. "This was in a great location for us . Easy beach access. The condo was just the right size for me and my husband. Very welcoming atmosphere with a personal note from our hosts . We especially enjoyed the convenience of the parking spot directly in front of our entrance, and how the condo itself has many updated amenities.We are definitely considering returning next year. "Not as nice as some other places we have stayed in OOB, but for the price and closeness to the beach and pier its great. It is right up against the train tracks which wasn’t horrible for us, but could be a significant problem for a light sleeper. "
