“The room had a mildew odor. There's no carpet so Im not sure where the odor was coming from or the cause, but all 4 of us smelled it immediately. The manager dismissed our concern as not possible because there were guests there who stayed 6 nights before us and did not complain and the house keeping staff also did not mention the odor. The AC unit is a windows unit with what appears to be duct tape around it. It also did not work properly, but the temperature in the room while a little warmer……

“Well…there was a bed. I’ll give them that. Hard pressed to sing any more praise than that. I won’t go into a laundry list of what was disappointing - it’s not worth my time. In short - if you need a place to sleep at a lower price point - than this is serviceable. Beyond that, my rankings and ratings ring more true than any comments or words could”

“Wifi weak, Floor water leak, Lack of maintenance, No staff for check-in midnight, Dropbox key lost during midnight check-in.”

“We stayed 3 nights here. The room was not very clean and very dated also super small. You could roll out of bed and be in the bathroom. The door was felt loose and you could see outside through the crack in the door. Bathroom door had mud all over the bottom of it and the walls were half painted and the ceiling had some issues to. Tub faucet also leaked non stop. Water pressure was terrible. Had to asked everytime you wanted to use the pool and a lot of times the owners were no where to be……

“Mattress was terrible! Kitchen was ok. The refrigerator was hard to get into because it was just shoved into the space that was obviously too big. This would be a much better stay with a new mattress and a properly fitted fridge. Thank you.”
