“We had such a great weekend at Mabel’s! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and everything was so clean. We went out of season so the pantry inside was closed but we know we would’ve enjoyed it! We liked that Mabel’s wasn’t right in the bustle of Dock Square but close enough for a short drive over for shops, activities, and food. “Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here.
