"Staff was extremely helpful in providing information about best way to get an overview tour of the city and went out of the way to find a driver to get to the Salt Lake. Because our train arrival was extremely later (1AM) than scheduled we just missed breakfast at the 2nd floor dining area the next morning. Instead of just turning us away, the host asked the kitchen staff to provide me with several slices of toast, jam, and tea when he learned I have a severe gluten allergy. When we learned our departure train would likely be 12+ hours late the next evening, we were easily accommodated when we asked to extend our reservation and stay in same room."
