“The cabin was wonderful and super cozy. Great overall experience and stay with the exception of the amount of dog hair there was. I understood it was pet friendly but finding dog hairs was not something I braced myself with. What I assumed was long blonde Labrador hair on blankets, carpet and stuck to our socks was not the best experience. Outside of this it was great! ”

“Overall, everything was fine except for the hot tub, which didn't work, and that was the main reason I booked the cabin. Considering the price I paid, I don't think it fully met my expectations.”

“Shortly after arriving we found the master tub leaked into the first floor bedroom and couldn’t be used. This was a main factor for choosing the property and we couldn’t use it. A table was broken upon arrival and the heat stopped working overnight on 30 December. I messaged the rental property manager that we were so frustrated and disappointed with the experience that we left early the morning of 31 December. They told us we’d be contacted by the refund department and we’ve received nothing……
