“What a charming, sweet place! My husband and I stayed here as a half way point between a concert venue and visiting family in Maine. We were going to arrive late, so we called to inform the front desk. Tracy was so kind and accommodating, offering a late night check in alternative in case she wasn’t there when we arrived. It turned out that she still was, and she kindly even upgraded our room when we arrived. 10/10 service! We stayed in a beautiful king suite. This property is clearly very old……

“The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties.”

“The property was convenient to downtown Dover eateries and had ample parking in a kind of protected courtyard. Our room could have used some TLC. The walls in the bathroom were rough from previous changes and paint, with one spot of drywall exposed from something previously hung on it. There was a void in the ceramic tile on the bathroom floor for an access panel of some sort. The carpet in our room was in need of a serious cleaning or replacement. The staff in the lobby at check-in and……

“Advertisement was misleading. These are small cottages, which are not soundproof as advertised and the unit we were in did not have a view anything like what was pictured in the room that was selected. It also states a 24 hour front desk which was not the case. There were issues with things not working properly in the unit.”
