It’s hard to believe I have no complaints. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. You park right in front of the building and no parking fee. The grounds were beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptionally fast wifi, great beds, cozy room, beautiful bathroom (and room), nice and clean...smelled nice, great staff, awesome HD TV, we were thrilled with this stay, and will be back whenever we're in the area. Only downside was not being able to pay through Hotels.com, but that's just a minor inconvenience.

There was nothing we didn't like!! I can't say enough good things about this Hotel, we stayed here on July 3rd for our 6 year Wedding Anniversary just a little getaway & we were not disappointed! We absolutely loved it & our stay was absolutely wonderful, everyone was so welcoming & friendly. We got into our room & had 2 yummy cookies waiting for us along with a very sweet card wishing up a Happy Anniversary, such a nice touch. Almost everything was excellent. The only issues were the hair dryer was missing ( but management brought me one right away) and the spigot cover on my bathtub was loose. Otherwise, it was a perfect visit.

You need to improve on breakfast

Very friendly staff, extremely clean and quiet. Lovely muted decorations just all-around a wonderful peaceful place to stay. Bed was very comfortable.Also the coffee was wonderful and strong.

We came from Georgia to Virginia so my girls could do there intensives at Liberty University. While we were traveling my husband becomes so sick that we have to stop at a ER. When we get to the hotel I explained that I needed to get my husband in the room so I can go get meds across town. The desk clerk ask me if he could do anything to make our stay more comfortable and if so just let him know. Phillip checked us in and he was amazing! He was so friendly, kind, and efficient. He definitely made our stay 5 stars!

I actually had a problem with the blackout curtains not working in my room and the representative at the front desk came to my room to fix the issue. I was very impressed with the young man and his excellent customer service. It’s something you don’t see very much these days. I will definitely be staying at another Residence Inn on my next trip/vacation.

Highly recommended: a charming (& sprawling) home minutes away from restaurants and historic sites. The hosts were most welcoming, worked with us when our plans changed, and prepared a delicious breakfast for us before we began our day of history-nerding-out at Appomattox Court House. Why hang out a bland, similarly-priced chain hotel when Longacre is available?

Next time, don’t advertise a hot tub outside for the cabins that DON’T have a hot tub outside. Everything else was awesome.
