"Upon arrival, the lobby itself was very nice and clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and informative. When we got to our room it was clean and easy to find in the villa. To my understanding, housekeeping is limited? However, we received NO housekeeping at all. We stayed for 3 nights and no one ever came and changed our bed sheets or gave us new towels. This was all we typically expect out of a hotel stay, the bare minimum. I had to call on the 2nd night and ask for towels and then I had to call on the 3rd night for someone to change our sheets. They brought sheets to our room, handed them to us, and then left so we had to change our own sheets. No one came to pickup the old sheets or towels so they sat in a pile on the floor until we left. We were told that the jacuzzi was heated all year round but it was freezing the day we went down by the pool. The photos of the pool area online are amazing but in person the pool deck is covered in bird poop and the chairs are filthy. They provide “pool towels” by the pool but they’re the size of hand towels. When we checked in we were told about breakfast hours. The next morning we went down to breakfast and learned that you have to pay for breakfast unless you had a voucher which was apparently not included in our booking. Overall it wasn’t a terrible stay but it was definitely missing the basic amenities you de expect at a hotel. We would’ve been better off at the holiday inn right next door."

"Shuttle was easy to use. Drivers very friendly. The shower head needed to be replaced and the room smelled very dusty. The hotel could use lots of upgrades. At check out a receipt was not provided and when asked I was told I could get it from the 3rd party the reservation was booked with. "

"The room was really clean, but the flooring was a little damaged. I can see the filler that was used to fix the floors but it looks a little "dirty" but it wasn't. The common area with the breakfast was great! The employee taking care of the area was nice and very personable. "

"Picked this hotel specifically for the managers reception what used to be 2 hours free drinks now a 2 drink limit, also choose it for the pool and hot tub as we have bad backs and wanted to relax on our trip just to get there and find out they were out of service, the bed was not comfortable as it used to be which ultimately hurt our backs to where we were not able to attend any of the events we had planned on going. I would think for the amount of money we spent for this trip we would of had a better experience "

"To start off the sink water wouldn’t go down. The heater didn’t work and it was extremely cold. I had a baby and we couldn’t sleep well. The two nice cause it was cold and at the moment they said that they didn’t have anyone to go check out the heater also I left my flat iron there and no one has returned my call"
